Weekend Finca Rentals
How many people can rent the finca for a weekend?
We can accommodate up to 16 guests. The finca is rented exclusively to one group at a time — you have the entire property to yourselves.
What does the weekend rental include?
The rental includes exclusive use of the property, the pool, all bedrooms, the kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, and access to our bilingual concierge service. A full inventory list is provided at check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM on Friday and check-out is at 12:00 PM on Sunday. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is required. We’ll ask you to sign a rental contract and complete a brief inventory check at check-in and check-out — it takes no more than 2 minutes.
Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring whatever you need. Our kitchen is fully available for your use. If you need anything delivered, our staff can coordinate that for an additional fee.
How do we get there from Medellín?
Santa Fe de Antioquia is approximately 45 minutes from Medellín by car. We can arrange direct transport for your group — just ask our concierge when booking.
Day Pass — Día de Sol
How many people can join a Day Pass (Día de Sol)?
Available Monday through Thursday. Two person minimum. We work with various tour guide companies and the maximum capacity for a semi-private Día de Sol is sixteen people or four groups.
What does a Día de Sol include?
Your day pass includes: pool access from 10 AM to 5 PM, towels and pool inflatables, a traditional Colombian lunch served around noon, the first round of drinks at lunch (beer or Cerveza Michelada), one hour of bilingual concierge service, and access to a private air-conditioned room per group for your belongings.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Absolutely. Bring in what you need to enjoy your day and feel free to use our kitchen. If you’d like anything delivered, our staff will gladly coordinate that. Additional fees apply. Cash only.
Should we tip the staff?
Tips are always appreciated. A $5 USD tip per group is recommended.
What if we want additional services during the day?
We offer add-on services including spa treatments (massage, manicure, pedicure), additional service runs for groceries or supplies, and kitchen staff. Just speak to our concierge when booking.
Additional Services & Add-Ons
What is the Concierge Service?
Our all-day concierge service is USD $20.00 per day. This gives you access to our bilingual concierge from 8 AM to 8 PM who handles meal planning, alcohol delivery, taxi coordination, and any other details during your stay. We communicate via WhatsApp.
Can we add kitchen staff?
Yes. For a starting rate of USD $40.00 per day, our cook is available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks. We’ll arrange the menu, do the shopping, and prepare the meals. Food costs are not included and vary by menu.
Are spa services available?
Yes. We can coordinate one-hour spa massages, manicures, or pedicures provided by trusted local staff from Santa Fe. Services are performed on proper equipment brought by the team.
What if we need a quick errand run?
If you need a ‘beer run’, diaper run, or extra snacks, our caretaker will gladly run the errand for $5.00 per run plus expenses. Cash is preferred.
